The Championship

Ducati is the single manufacturer for the electric category, providing a stunning new V21L to each of the 18 riders in the nine different teams. At every MotoE™ event, there are two races on Saturday at 12:15 and 16:10 local time.

MotoE™ is a parallel path of sustainable innovation, putting some of the world’s most exciting advances in electric mobility through their paces on track before they reach motorcyclists around the world. From the design of the pure-bred racing Ducati V21L motorcycle to the state-of-the-art solutions from smart charging partner Enel X Way and sustainable materials in the tyres from official supplier Michelin, MotoE™ pushes the boundaries – pairing spectacular action with true innovation.

Working closely with Enel X Way and Michelin, MotoE™ continues to drive innovation in solar power and mobile charging capability. More and more sustainable materials are being used in the front and rear tyres, with 2023 seeing 52% sustainable materials used in the rears. This technology will reach the world’s ultimate two-wheeled testing ground, MotoGP™, and then its ultimate destination: millions of consumers across the globe. MotoE™ helps create positive change in the motorcycle industry and where viable, electric mobility has the power to significantly cut emissions and make a key contribution to global sustainability goals.
