Mir to miss the remainder of Valencia GP

After a crash on Friday the Repsol Honda rider has been declared unfit due to neck pain and will therefore sit out Saturday and Sunday’s action in Valencia

Following a crash in Free Practice 1, Joan Mir (Repsol Honda Team) has been declared unfit for the remainder of the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana due to neck pain.

The Spaniard crashed at Turn 8 on Friday morning and following further checks on Saturday morning, Repsol Honda have confirmed Mir won’t be riding for the rest of the weekend and will focus on recovering and preparing for Tuesday’s important Valencia Test.
